Effective as of July 9, 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your interaction with Dravix Studios and the provision of our digital services. Please review them carefully.

About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dravix Studios website and any services provided by Dravix Studios (“Dravix,” “we,” “us”). By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Dravix Studios provides web design, development, and related digital services. Specific project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate written proposal or agreement for each client engagement.

Pricing & Payment Structure

Dravix Studios offers tiered website packages, each including setup, build, and first-month hosting/domain at no additional charge. All amounts below are listed in CAD:

Basic — $2,499 (website + domain + hosting, 1st month free)

Premium — $3,999 (website + domain + hosting, 1st month free)

Admin Panel (add-on) — $999 (custom admin dashboard, if applicable)

Domain preference will be discussed with the client during onboarding, and Dravix will suggest suitable options if the client has no preference.

From the 2nd month onward, ongoing hosting and domain renewal are billed monthly based on tier:

Maintenance Add-On: A $149 fee applies only when the client requests changes to the live site, billed per request (not a recurring charge unless changes are needed).

Final pricing may be adjusted through direct negotiation between Dravix Studios and the client, at Dravix's discretion.

Delivery & Revisions

The first draft of the website will be delivered within seven (7) days of receipt of the deposit payment. Clients are expected to provide any required content, feedback, and change requests in a timely manner; delays in providing these may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

The number of design revisions included in a project is determined by the plan selected by the client. Revision requests beyond the included allowance may be quoted and billed separately.

Warranty & Change Policy

Clients may request unlimited changes to their website free of charge during the first month following launch. Starting from the 2nd month, any requested changes are subject to the $149 maintenance fee outlined above. This warranty period covers content and design adjustments within the original project scope; it does not cover new feature development, which will be quoted separately.

Cancellations & Refunds

The setup + build fee is non-refundable once development work has begun. Monthly hosting/maintenance fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Clients may cancel ongoing monthly hosting/maintenance at any time with written notice; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If a client cancels before the site is delivered, any completed work will be billed on a pro-rata basis.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment of the quoted invoice, ownership of the final delivered website design transfers to the client. Ownership is not complete, and all deliverables remain the property of Dravix Studios, until the quoted invoice has been paid in full.

Unless the client submits a written request to manage their own hosting, the website's hosting and underlying code will continue to be hosted and maintained by Dravix Studios. Where a client elects to manage their own hosting, recurring hosting charges are waived; in such cases, Dravix Studios reserves the right to charge the full cost of the domain, at a rate determined by the directors of Dravix Studios. Any transfer of the codebase is subject to prior written notice.

Dravix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, and approvals. Delays in client responses may extend project timelines accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

Dravix Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

For clients engaging Dravix Studios' India operations, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala, India having jurisdiction. For clients engaging Dravix Studios' Canada operations, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, with the courts of Ontario having jurisdiction. The applicable jurisdiction will be determined based on the contracting entity/team the client engaged with, as specified in their project agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
